To make sure we don't miss any important details, we'd love to know a little more about you. Your inquiry form will give us an idea of your vision and logistics, but we a scheduled phone consultation will help us determine everything we need to know regarding your special event.

3. SECURE YOUR BOOKING

If you're ready to proceed, you'll receive a invoice and an event contract that will confirm your booking once a deposit has been paid. The full payment for your event will be due 15 days prior to your event.

How can I book GES for my next event?

Fill out an inquiry form, be as detailed as possible and provide inspiration pictures and videos to help us know what you're expecting for your event.

Please keep in mind that we don't repeat events or copy anyone else work so no event will ever be the same, however we can promise that yours will be breathtaking and beautiful no matter what!

Is there a minimum budget requirement?

In order to ensure that we're able to provide you with the best experience possible when working working with us, yes there is a minimum budget requirement, this will be discussed during our phone consultation.

Do you provide the venue?

Currently we do not provide a venue, but we are more than happy to give referrals or assist our clients in finding a venue that will fit their needs for their event.
